We have the solution! Have your bike or suspension collected and delivered by Lakes Electric Delivery Service (LEDS)

In a proud partnership with LEDS we can offer a one stop easy to use, and trustworthy service. There are 3 ways to use the service.

1. Pick up a bike that needs a Mapdec service. Your bike is delivered back to you safe and ready to ride.

2. Online bike purchases delivered to us for final set up and returned to you ready to ride.

3. Pick up and collection of hazardous items such as e-bike Batteries or pressurised Mountain Bike Suspension. These items can be tricky and expensive to post.

Get Started

1.Check the delivery areaand purchase a collection here. Leave some notes about your bike and service you would like, and any preferred collection times.

2. We will pass your details to LEDS, who will then contact you to arrange the exact collection.

3. Your bike is collected, expertly protected and insured, and delivered to our workshop.

4. Once our mechanic has assessed your bike, we will call you with our recommendations, quote and to gain authorization for the work.

5. When your bike is ready we will send you an electronic invoice. You can choose to collect and ride home, or ask for delivery by LEDS back to your address.

Lakes Electric Delivery Service Terms:

This service is for a one-way service within the delivery service area as defined on the image, and the google maps link above. Our target delivery time is 7 working days. This means that from the time you order we will have collected your bike and delivered it to the destination.

We will arrange a delivery window with you, and will keep you informed of progress. If you are not available to take a collection at the agreed time we will not deliver. Instead we will keep the bike and attempt to rearrange delivery when we are next in your area, or ask for an additional fee to attempt re delivery.

Out of area collections and drop off are possible for additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

Priority pick-ups can be requested and we will quote and arrange this if possible. Please call for a time and price quote.
